Click to zoom the imageAll GSKET camprofile machine models are not simple turning machines. They can work rings to obtain camprofile gaskets and inner/outer rings for spiral wound gaskets.
The MKG02 machine is suitable for medium diameter rings and the MKG03 model for big diameter rings. The two machine models are very similar in the working mode. Both work rings in a horizontal position and the turning process is fully automatic. The operator must intervene only for the loading and unloading of the ring. The MKG01 is suitable for small diameter rings. The rings are turned in a vertical position and the working process is always fully automatic; from ½" to 200mm even the loading and unloading are automatic.
The working speed in all machines is very high and the setup time low. No oil or lubricant is used since the machine works by friction, removing the material from the ring, so no extra time is needed to clean the ring after having completed the work. The working process is also silent so not to disturb the operator.
